چکیده

The current research aimed to determine and report in vitro antioxidant, antimicrobial, antibiofilm, cytotoxic, anti-cholinesterase, anti-diabetic properties the stability of major component basic oil Thymbra spicata var. through different phases as theoretically. Essential exhibits potential biological activities because multiple components it contains. In research, evaluation essential antioxidant was conducted utilizing 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) 2,2-azinobis[3-ethylbenzthiazoline]-6-sulfonic acid (ABTS) radical scavenging activity.Antimicrobial activity assessed from minimum inhibition concentration (MIC) using technique microdilution cytotoxicity evaluated by MTT assay MCF-7 PC3 human cancer cell lines.Consequently, Cytotoxic means utilized. detected have 340 µg/mL inhibiting influence on growth prostate cells with IC50 value. Also, T. plant observed significantly repress enzymes, namely acetylcholinesterase (AChE), butyrylcholinesterase (BChE), ?-glycosidase. values enzymes were obtained 0.23 for AChE, 1.64 BChE, 7.78 It concluded that this may be used Alzheimer's diabetes disease.
